A Night of Connection and Inspiration
More than 300 colleagues gathered in London for an evening of celebration hosted by broadcaster Ian Stafford, with special guests including Les Ferdinand and James Cosmo joining to show their support.
During the event, LTC CEO Chris Welham shared highlights from the newly published Impact Report, which shows the difference your charity made in 2024:
40,000 people supported through LTC services
Over 4,000 calls answered on the free 24/7 helpline
Nearly £1.5 million in grants and services awarded
Reflecting on the sector’s challenges — from rising costs to ongoing pressures on businesses and staff — Chris thanked partners for helping LTC extend vital support:
“Because of your continued support, we can transform the lives of people across our industry every day.”
Why These Awards Matter
The LTC Awards are more than a celebration. They:
- Champion best practice in workplace wellbeing.
- Inspire others to put people first.
- Build a stronger community of organisations and individuals committed to supporting our sector.
By recognising wellbeing champions, the Awards highlight what’s possible when we work together — and reinforce LTC’s mission to care, support, empower, and transform.
