Wellbeing Conference
The 2026 LTC Wellbeing Conference returned to the Ham Yard Hotel for its second year on 6th May.
This key industry event brought hospitality leaders, wellbeing specialists and employers together for an afternoon of expert insight, open discussion and practical support focused on strengthening workplace wellbeing across the sector.
Attendees explored the latest LTC wellbeing research, heard from industry voices, and gained first access to new tools and resources designed to help teams live well, recover well and thrive at work.

Hospitality Rides
Uniting individuals from the hospitality sector, Hospitality Rides is a charity cycle event supporting ourselves the LTC and Only A Pavement Away.
A challenge with hospitality at its heart where people from across the industry conquer every weather twist, navigate through the trickiest of terrains, and pedal impressive distances.
Together, we’re turning pedal power into a force for positive change, each push of the pedal helps towards a common goal – to transform lives.

Pedalling to Pubs
Pedalling To Pubs is a community event where you can ride at your own pace, enjoy the beauty of the UK, and make meaningful connections along the way.
Each year we take on planned routes that take us through some of the most scenic parts of the country, making regular stops at local pubs to rest, recharge, and share stories.
This isn’t just about the miles; it’s about connections, the friendships, and the open conversations. Whether you’re passionate about cycling, looking for a way to get active, or seeking a supportive space to talk about mental health, our club is here for you.
For 2027, Pedalling To Pubs will be taking place in the Peak District from 20th-22nd May. Further details will be posted here as soon as they are available.
The Licensed Trade Charity JOGLE Pub Run
900 Miles. 30 Days. One Incredible Challenge.
Throughout July & August 2026, the Licensed Trade Charity took on one of our most ambitious challenges yet: The LTC
JOGLE Pub Run.
Over 30 days, our incredible team of ultra runners travelled the length of the country from John O’Groats to Land’s End, bringing together people from across the licensed hospitality industry along the way.
From our community days and supporters on the route to everyone who joined our virtual challenge, donated, fundraised or helped spread the word, The LTC JOGLE was a true industry-wide effort.
Together, we raised vital funds and awareness to help the Licensed Trade Charity continue supporting people working across the licensed hospitality community.
900 miles. 30 days. One industry coming together.
Thank you to everyone who ran with us, supported us and helped make a difference.

LTC Let’s Trek China
Taking place in September 2027, the Let’s Trek China Trek will take us across five days along both busy and remote sections of the Great Wall with every penny raised going straight to the Licensed Trade Charity.

The Pub Show 2026
LTC are excited to be attending The Pub Show again this year at the Excel London from 30 March – 01 April 2026! This is the UK’s only dedicated trade event for the pub industry, spread across three lively days filled with expert insights.
