Wellness Box Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Licensed Trade Charity & nudge January 2025 Giveaway
1. Organisers
The giveaway is organised by the Licensed Trade Charity in partnership with nudge.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over, living in the UK, who complete a financial health check via nudge between 1–31 January 2026.
Employees of the Licensed Trade Charity, nudge, Wellbox and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. How to enter
Complete a financial health check via nudge during January 2026. By doing so, participants consent to:
- Being entered into the giveaway
- Their data being shared with LTC for the purpose of contacting the winner
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The prize
One winner will receive a Thankful Gift Box wellness package from Wellbox, which may include:
- Promise fragranced tin candle
- The Coffee Scrub Co body scrub
- Fighter Shots immune-boosting drink
- Lavender & geranium sleep spray
- Gratitude mindfulness journal
- A selection of snacks and chocolates
- A meal donated to someone in need through Wellbox’s charity partners
The prize will be delivered free of charge and is non-transferable.
5. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random on Friday 7 February 2026 and contacted via the email used to complete the financial health check.
If the winner does not respond after three attempts within seven days, a new winner will be selected.
6. Data protection
Participant data will be processed in line with GDPR and used only for administering the giveaway. Data will not be shared beyond what is necessary.
7. General
LTC reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway if required. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
