Why It Matters
In just three months, LTC supported teams at four venues after serious incidents. These included sudden deaths, attempted suicide and violence on site.
At those venues, one in three staff went on to receive structured psychological care. That shows just how deeply workplace trauma can affect people.
We delivered support within five days, even during one of the busiest weeks of the year. When emotions are high and people are struggling, we’re ready to help.
