More and more people in licensed hospitality are reaching out for mental health and emotional support and it’s making a real difference.
In the first half of 2025 alone, 3,029 people came to LTC because they were struggling with their mental health or emotional wellbeing. Whether it was burnout, anxiety, relationship strain or something harder to pin down, they didn’t stay stuck. They took action and we were here to help them through it.
The power of talking
Between January and June, we delivered 365 counselling sessions through our partners, including structured one-to-one support and couples counselling through Relate, the largest provider of relationship support in England and Wales. This has helped people feel more in control, improve their mental health, and keep going at work. In fact, 100% of those who’d previously had to take time off work because of relationship issues told us they were now back in and coping better.
And the need is real – 87% of people who came to us with relationship difficulties said it was impacting their mental wellbeing. After counselling through LTC, 90% of people felt their situation was better or much better.
We’re here when it matters most
At LTC, we believe support should be easy to access, confidential and genuinely useful. That’s why our counselling options are flexible, include digital sessions and are built around what each person needs. Whether it’s a single conversation or ongoing support, we’re here to help you feel heard, get back on track, and start feeling like yourself again.
If something’s weighing on you, LTC want to make sure you don’t have to face it alone.
