Wellness Box Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Licensed Trade Charity & nudge January 2025 Giveaway:
1. Organisers
The giveaway is organised by the Licensed Trade Charity in partnership with nudge.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who complete a financial wellbeing check-up via nudge during the month of January 2025.
Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the United Kingdom.
Employees of the Licensed Trade Charity, nudge, Wellbox, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete a financial health check-up via nudge between 1 January 2025 and 31 January 2025. By doing so, participants consent to:
- Being entered into the giveaway.
- Their data being shared with the Licensed Trade Charity for the purpose of contacting the winner.
- Each individual is limited to one entry for the giveaway. Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification.
4. Prize Details
The prize consists of a ‘Thankful Box’ wellness package from Wellbox, which is expected to include:

Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random using an online random selection tool.
The draw will take place on Friday, 7 February 2025.
Notification of Winner
The winner will be contacted via the email address used to sign up or log in to nudge when completing the financial health check-up.
The Licensed Trade Charity will make up to three contact attempts. If no response is received within seven days of the final attempt, another winner will be randomly selected.
Prize Claim
Upon acknowledgement of winning, the winner will receive a personalised link to claim their wellness box directly from Wellbox.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. LTC and Wellbox reserve the right to substitute items in the Thankful Box.
Data Protection
By entering, participants consent to the Licensed Trade Charity accessing their data provided during the financial health check-up to facilitate winner contact.
The Licensed Trade Charity and nudge will not share participants’ data with any third parties beyond what is necessary for administering the giveaway and fulfilling the prize.
All data will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. For more details, refer to the privacy policies of nudge and the Licensed Trade Charity.
General
The Licensed Trade Charity reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
The organisers accept no responsibility for any technical failures or other factors beyond their reasonable control that may prevent an individual from entering the giveaway or claiming the prize.
By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
