We have an opportunity to join our busy, Technical Support Centre Team as a Swarm Technician. This role is the first point of contact and requires a breadth of experience in a wide variety of IT technologies.  To manage technical issues, provide solutions by creating cases within the company help desk system and manage case escalation on more complex solutions.

As a member of the Technical Support Centre Team, you will be also be part of the on-call roster for our weekend emergency rota cover. You must also be willing to work variable hours as required.

This role will require the post holder liaises and works closely with staff across all of our sites, therefore the ability to travel is essential.
