We are seeking a new HR Administrator to join our busy team, assisting with general HR functions and administration. This role will suit someone who enjoys administration, has great attention to detail, enthusiasm and empathy and who really cares about doing a good job. This is a support role, with a strong operational focus and the scope to learn and develop HR knowledge. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in projects that make a difference to everyone in the Charity and our 3 Schools, LVS Ascot, Hassocks and Oxford.
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy are essential, combined with a flexible “can do” attitude and the desire to provide excellent customer service with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, coupled with a logical, calm approach and the patience to pursue a query. Suitable applicants must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and databases.
