The Licensed Trade Charity employs over 250 staff and receives help from an equal number of volunteers.

Support & Care

Our professional Support and Care team based in Ascot:

  • Manage a free helpline providing support to over 600 people every year
  • Organise visits through our 25 trained Volunteer Visitors across the UK
  • Arrange financial support to people who are struggling, to get back on their feet (in 2010 we anticipate awarding grants to the value of over £550,000).

Independent Schools

Our two schools are:

Ascot: day and boarding school for girls and boys aged 4 to 18 years.  We provide education for over 900 pupils.

Hassocks: a specialist school offering day and residential education for girls and boys aged 8 to 19 with learning difficulties such as autism and Asperger’s syndrome.  The school opened in 2009.

The Ascot School has a number of lettings facilities, including:

  • Conference suite
  • Residential accommodation
  • Playing fields
  • Dining facilities
